ABOUT THE EVENT
It is a joint event with Osanna from L`Osanna:
"My name is Osanna Lechner and I have a sweet tooth.
As a child, I loved watching my grandmother who always prepared all sorts of sweets.
As I grew older, my love for sweets did not leave me, but rather increased. I started baking for my family.
Not long ago I came across cheese pralines and the taste was amazing. I could not find any such pralines here in Switzerland and decided to make them myself.
They are great with wine and coffee. If you want to taste the cheese - eat them cool. Of course you can have them warm as well, then you’ll taste more chocolate.
Treat yourself to a night of flavor, color, and fun together with a delightful interactive guided chocolate making."
We'll work with 6 kinds of cheese:
Appenzeller, Camembert, Brie, Brie with truffle, Gruer, Blue cheese (Cambazolla)
And also with:
- dates (king size)
- nuts (cashew, walnuts, pistachios)
- chocolate for dipping (white, dark, milk, ruby)
- different decorations
- box or bag for packaging
- degustation of pralines
The workshop offers an opportunity to craft unique pieces of art for mothers or yourself.
Participants will receive three pieces each of six kinds of cheeses, which you'll skewer and dip into your preferred chocolate.
Each chocolate-coated cheese can then be adorned with various nuts, dried berries, chocolate, or caramel crumbles.
Additionally, you will be provided with six king-size dates that can be stuffed with cheese or nuts, dipped in chocolate, and decorated to your liking. Everyone will receive a box to store their creations and take them home.
As a small gift, the box will also contain two L’Osanna Pralines in a small transparent box.
The workshop will begin with a demonstration on preparing cheese and dates for dipping and decoration, followed by individual guidance for the remainder of the hour.
During the second part of the workshop you will paint a ceramic piece. You can choose from a selection of trays, boxes, plates, and other items will be available to paint for storing your pralines.
Ticket price: 109 CHF, inclusive of all materials, a medium-sized ceramic item, snacks, and a glass of Prosecco or a soft drink.
This event will be conducted in both English and German and no prior experience is required.
Please note that cancellations won't be accepted, but you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend with prior notice.
