HOW IT WORKS

Everything you need to know about our workshops: steps, creative processes, techniques, firing the art pieces, the way we support you in finding your inner artist. Please read this section, chances are the answers are there to all your questions :)

CANCELLATIONS

We know plans can change and that’s okay.

  • You can reschedule your booking online up to 48 hours before the start time via your confirmation email or the MY BOOKINGS area.

  • If something comes up within 48 hours, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to help.

  • You are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend if you cannot attend.

  • Reimbursements are not possible.

  • In case of a no-show, a fee of CHF 30 per person will be charged.

Special notes​ for holiday camps & multi-day courses

​

  • Your booking is for the entire camp (all sessions).

  • Rescheduling applies to the whole camp only, and can be moved to another available week/date.​
