We can accommodate up to 20 children, however, 1-2 accompanying adults are required depending on the size of the party. Parties last 2 hours and include one ceramic piece per child and all the painting material. Upon request, we can organise the decoration, the snacks and the soft drinks as well as the cake, but you are also welcome to bring them yourself. We will introduce the children to the basics of ceramic paining, show them different techniques and give them ideas. Afterwards, the stage is theirs and once they are finished, it is cake time! Choose from our kids' and teens' birthday party packages and send us a party request . FOOT- & HANDPRINTS Capture your child's hand- and footprint on a ceramic piece of your choice. You can bring the ceramic home with the paints to finish it and bring it back to burn, or if you wish, we can also paint it and finish it for you. This service is only available in the mornings between 10 and 12 AM and by appointment . A PLAYDATE WITH MUM, DAD, THE GRAND- OR THE GODPARENTS? Not only on a rainy day! A women-run business in the heart of Thalwil is a creative hotspot for many, who want to do something creative without any outstanding talent or previous knowledge, with or without kids, enjoying the company of friends and family or some much needed me-time. PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS DEFINITION - "THE BUSINESS” refers to CREATIVE YOU. The person who books the party warrants that they are the Client and has the authority to book the birthday party. “THE AGREEMENT” means the Booking Form/Hire Agreement between the Business and the Hirer of the equipment. AGREEMENT - The Client, by placing an order via web form, email or telephone, agrees that they accept the terms and conditions of the party agreement. The Business will retain an electronic booking form with confirmation that these terms and conditions have been read and agreed upon. BOOKING - the Business will provide a written booking confirmation per e-mail to the Client upon agreement with client for party date and party package, and upon receipt of deposit of CHF 100. Client agrees to provide the final number of participants no later than 7 days prior to the event, at which time the final balance for the party will be due for payment. Invoice will be provided to Client for payment based on prices stated on website at time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Business and Client. CANCELLATION - If the Client cancels the booking, the Business reserves the right to charge the following: 14 to 7 days ahead of delivery date deposit balance of CHF 100, within 7 days from delivery date 50% of the invoice amount. The Delivery date is usually the day of the function / booked date, unless otherwise specified. DAMAGES - Damage to CREATIVE YOU premises due to misconduct of children or participants of Client’s party will be charged directly to the Client. USE OF IMAGES - The Business may use photos or video material taken at the events and the set up for advertising purposes (online and offline). The Business guarantees that no identifiable personal details (e.g. children’s faces) will be disclosed unless otherwise agreed with parents. If the Client objects to this, it needs to be stated by the Client in writing at the time of booking. No fees will be paid for the use of images. LIABILITY TO 3RD PARTIES- The Business will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage to the property however caused unless it is proved that such injury was caused by faulty material, workmanship or negligence on the part of the Business. The Businesses decision is final in all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions of Agreement. According to Swiss regulations we can only open on Sundays when we run it as an event. Please note, that if you only accompany someone painting, but you don’t wish to join the creative fun, you’ll be charged a fee of 20 CHF - we hope you understand, as we have our seats reserved for actively creating guests only. (Except for special cases, like accompanying a child under 6 years of age.) Sunday events are a special category, If you cannot make it, we ask you to notify us latest 24 hours prior to the event to save us preparation time, energy and cake!
