PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEFINITION - "THE BUSINESS” refers to CREATIVE YOU. The person who books the party warrants that they are the Client and has the authority to book the birthday party. “THE AGREEMENT” means the Booking Form/Hire Agreement between the Business and the Hirer of the equipment. 

 

AGREEMENT - The Client, by placing an order via web form, email or telephone, agrees that they accept the terms and conditions of the party agreement. The Business will retain an electronic booking form with confirmation that these terms and conditions have been read and agreed upon. 

 

BOOKING - the Business will provide a written booking confirmation per e-mail to the Client upon agreement with client for party date and party package, and upon receipt of deposit of CHF 100. Client agrees to provide the final number of participants no later than 7 days prior to the event, at which time the final balance for the party will be due for payment. Invoice will be provided to Client for payment based on prices stated on website at time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Business and Client.

CANCELLATION - If the Client cancels the booking, the Business reserves the right to charge the following: 14 to 7 days ahead of delivery date deposit balance of CHF 100, within 7 days from delivery date 50% of the invoice amount. The Delivery date is usually the day of the function / booked date, unless otherwise specified. 

 

DAMAGES - Damage to CREATIVE YOU premises due to misconduct of children or participants of Client’s party will be charged directly to the Client.

 

USE OF IMAGES - The Business may use photos or video material taken at the events and the set up for advertising purposes (online and offline). The Business guarantees that no identifiable personal details (e.g. children’s faces) will be disclosed unless otherwise agreed with parents. If the Client objects to this, it needs to be stated by the Client in writing at the time of booking. No fees will be paid for the use of images. 

 

LIABILITY TO 3RD PARTIES- The Business will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage to the property however caused unless it is proved that such injury was caused by faulty material, workmanship or negligence on the part of the Business. 

 

The Businesses decision is final in all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions of Agreement.

COMPANION POLICY

Everyone who comes to the studio is considered a participant and needs a booked spot so we can prepare space and materials for all guests. Guests who accompany someone but do not take part in the creative activity are kindly asked to pay a CHF 20 companion fee. This does not apply to parents or guardians coming with a child under five.

Our ceramic pieces start at CHF 30, depending on the size and shape.
Mugs, plates, and small bowls start from CHF 30, while larger bowls and vases start from CHF 59.
We don’t charge any additional studio fee — all materials, glazing, and firing are included in the price.
Gold or platinum decorations are available for an extra charge.

CANCELLATIONS

We know plans can change and that’s okay.

  • You can reschedule your booking online up to 48 hours before the start time via your confirmation email or the MY BOOKINGS area.

  • If something comes up within 48 hours, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to help.

  • You are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend if you cannot attend.

  • Reimbursements are not possible.

Special notes​ for holiday camps & multi-day courses

  • Your booking is for the entire camp (all sessions).

  • Rescheduling applies to the whole camp only, and can be moved to another available week/date.​
