We have designed a special workshop that will introduce you to the Āyurvedic principles and practices tailored specifically for the female body and mind. Prachi will guide you through the intricacies of this eternal science and show you its transformative potential. You'll gain valuable insights into self-care routines, diet, and holistic approaches that have proven their effectiveness for centuries.

During this workshop you will get an introduction to Āyurveda

• Āyurvedic principles relevant to women's health
• Understanding the Doshas and their role in your well-being

You will get a high-level overview of

• Āyurvedic approach to menstrual difficulties, common gynecological issues, hormonal health, perimenopause and menopause
• Mind-body practices & insights into women's emotional health
• Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, remedies, and nutrition principles

Followed by a Q&A session for attendees to ask questions, clarify doubts and seek advice.

Prachi is a certified Āyurvedic practitioner with the mission to accompany, educate and empower those who seek her guidance on their health journey towards vitality, harmony and balance. She aims to ensure that the wisdom and practical knowledge of Āyurveda reaches and benefits every person who chooses to walk the path of self-health empowerment.

Afterwards you can choose between a beautiful bowl or mug to design and paint at your leisure. Select paints, stencils, lace motifs with our help and guidance.

We will continue with a delicious Indian lunch by Ginger with different vegetarian dishes, rice and Naan bread. (Lunch is optional.)
