We begin with a guided meditation to tune into your inner self. In this sacred space you can reconnect to fragments of yourself that are in need of healing. Holding this inner connection, and using your intuition, you can select the flower medicine that you are drawn to, which will support you as you embrace 2020. Using the ancient properties of Australian bush flowers, you will then blend your own formula under the guidance of a trained Naturopath, which you will take home with you. 

Renée is an Australian trained Naturopath & Classical Homeopath with 25 years experience. 

After meditation and flower essence blending we will enjoy hand crafted teas and snacks as we begin our creative painting. Choose between a beautiful bowl or mug to design and paint at your leisure. Select paints, stencils, lace motifs with the help and guidance of owner, Gabi.

Part of all profits will go directly towards Victorian Wildlife, to support the Australian Bushfire criss. Thank you

Programme: 

19.00-20.00 Meditation with Renée followed by flower essence selection and blending.

20.00 tea service and snacks

20.00-22.00 Ceramic workshop with Gabi

What to bring: journal, notebook, pen, bag to carry your flower essence blend. Comfortable clothes!

What’s included: tea ceremony, water, 15ml blended flower essence, (no alcohol), and savory snacks.

One item valued at 40CHF is included in the workshop ticket but you are welcome to purchase more than one project or upgrade on the day.
