We begin with a guided meditation to tune into your inner self. In this sacred space you can reconnect to fragments of yourself that are in need of healing. Holding this inner connection, and using your intuition, you can select the flower medicine that you are drawn to, which will support you as you embrace 2020. Using the ancient properties of Australian bush flowers, you will then blend your own formula under the guidance of a trained Naturopath, which you will take home with you.Â
