It’s all too easy to become caught up in the busy of our day-to-day lives, and these days we’re hearing more and more about people being overcome with feelings of stress, tiredness, illness, overwhelm, burn out and much more.

This is why it’s all the more important to take stock, reflect and make sure you’re looking after yourself. 

We’re coming together again to create a nourishing space for you to hit pause, reflect, relax and enjoy some well-deserved me time. You will learn the most important things about Ayurveda.

Prachi is a certified Āyurvedic practitioner. Through nutrition, lifestyle, spiritual coaching and manual therapies Prachi wants to ensure that the wisdom & the right applicable knowledge of Āyurveda can reach and help everyone.

During the talk you will learn about the

• Important concepts of Āyurveda to understand the Āyurvedic perspective on immunity.
• The different ways to ensure that your immune system always functions at its optimum.
• Tips & Q & A session so that you go back with a clear understanding and tools to support your immune system

We will continue with a delicious organic Ayurvedic dinner made by Prachi.

(Rice, lentils, vegetables, condiment, a salad and dessert)

Afterwards you can choose between a beautiful bowl or mug to design and paint at your leisure. Select paints, stencils, lace motifs with the help and guidance of us.

Ticket price: 115 CHF includes all materials and dinner, drinks.

This event will be in English and German. No previous experience is needed.
