Botanical Printmaking Workshop

Join this very special  workshop and we show you how to create your own plate from clay and decorate it with flowers and leaves.

Design and make your own greetings cards using fresh flowers and foliage.

Zizi a botanical artist. Capturing the beauty of a flowers brings her joy, calm and deep fulfillment. It is so magical to turn something so simple and overlooked into a calming piece of artwork.

XiXi is a passion-driven brand and we absolutely love the process of creating, the flowers, the calm that derives during, and the outcome. That's why we create personal, calming, timeless, and lasting artwork for anyone who wants to feel connected to nature.

In this four-hour workshop, you will watch a demonstration on how to make the imprint of a flower on paper. Then you will design and make your own unique botanical greetings cards using fresh flowers and foliage. You can display your finished cards on your wall or send them to loved ones. These cards would make perfect Christmas gifts.

• This workshop is great for all flower and plant lovers.
• You will make your own unique floral | botanical greeting cards.
• You will receive 5 blank greeting cards with envelopes.
• Paint and materials will be provided.
• There will be a selection of flowers and leaves for you to choose from and work with.
• We work with water-based paint. The paint mostly comes off after washing however feel free to bring an apron to keep your clothes stain-free.

We are rolling out our very own plate. We will show you all the tricks, so no previous experience needed. You’ll use floral and leaves prints and other interesting material to personalize your item and create a very trendy dinner plate! You’ll be reunited with your beautiful plates after we’ve burned them. After a quick retouch with some sanding paper, they will be ready to paint, raw white ceramic pieces. Use any of your favourite colours and painting techniques.

Ticket price: 115 CHF includes all materials and snacks, drinks.

This event will be in English and German. No previous experience is needed.
