This calm, creative evening combines ceramic painting with gentle, practical nourishment insights, designed for women who do a lot, care for many and rarely pause for themselves. The Creative Part You’ll paint your own ceramic bowl, guided by the Creative You team. No experience needed: this is not about perfection, but about choosing colours, patterns and textures that feel right for you. Your bowl will be glazed and fired in our kiln, becoming a beautiful, functional piece you can use at home, a daily reminder to slow down and nourish yourself properly. The Nourishment Part While you create, Amal from Wonderlivings introduces an easy, realistic approach to everyday nourishment. You’ll explore how rushed meals and small habits can affect energy and digestion, and learn a simple framework for building nourishing bowls and meals, without rules, pressure or extremes. After her own health journey following brain surgery, she now supports women in reconnecting with their bodies through simple, sustainable lifestyle changes. This is not a lecture. Not a strict nutrition workshop. And not an art class that demands perfection. It’s a warm, nourishing evening designed to leave you feeling calmer, clearer and gently inspired.
