CANCELLATION
We know plans can change and that is completely fine. If you are comfortable doing it online, you can change your booking using the confirmation email you received after booking or by visiting the My Bookings section on our website, otherwise just email us at info@creative-you.ch and our team will be happy to help you. You are also welcome to pass your booking on to a friend if you cannot attend. Refunds are not possible. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the Creative You magic flowing!
