The event begins with a yoga session, suitable for all levels, where participants can stretch, breathe, and relax in a cozy environment. Following the yoga practice at the YOGA ATELIER, a healthy and delicious brunch is served at CREATIVE YOU featuring fresh, nutritious options that cater to various dietary preferences.

After enjoying the meal, attendees transition to a hands-on ceramic painting activity. Guided by a skilled instructor, participants can unleash their creativity by painting their own ceramic pieces, which can range from mugs to plates or decorative items. This combination of physical activity, mindful eating, and artistic expression offers a holistic experience that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit, making it a perfect way to spend a rejuvenating morning or afternoon.

Enjoy a morning practice with Chantal Hauser and move your body through a revitalizing practice that is just the right amount of stretch, flow and relaxation. A smooth Sunday class that will ignite your upcoming creative endeavor! The Yoga class will be held at beautiful boutique studio YOGA ATELIER.

Creative Workshop 

After class we will walk over to the new ceramics studio Creative You for a fun filled afternoon of creativity. Choose between a beautiful bowl or mug to design and paint at your leisure. Select paints, stencils, lace motifs with the help and guidance of owner Gabi. One item valued at 49 CHF is included in the workshop ticket but you are welcome to purchase more than one project or upgrade on the day.

This event will be conducted in both English and German and no prior experience is required. Please note that cancellations won't be accepted, but you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend with prior notice.
